In Upper Egypt - El Minya, This could be one of the most dangerous and deadly workplace in Egypt, hazards include the stone-cutters and drivers speeding through clouds of white dust which infiltrates the lungs, turning normal tissue into fibrosis, thereby reducing the workers breathing capacity, there are about 300 square kilometers limestone quarries where 35,000 workers suffer from severe working condition, all for a very small amount not exceeding 50 pounds per day, which equals 3 $ up-to 4 $ .
Workers wear protective eye-wear on their foreheads and work from sunrise till sunset and the heat becomes unbearable
workers including children take risks of their life's, skin disease, injuries, and others to make their livings
There are many young and uneducated workers there who have left education to get money so they can live
This place is full of daily experiences and the general life of workers. There are many stories to discover
"El hashasha" this machine is very dangerous which extract the final result of the stones as a free blocks that ready to use.
