The Authors Guild supports working writers and protects the rights of authors. Needing to update their brand to better represent the organization on social media platforms, they engaged us to design new logo iconography. They also wanted their affiliates, The Authors Guild Foundation and The Authors Registry, to be visually branded with their primary logo.
We created typographic, complementary icons which visually reference both digital and print media. Our updated brand style guide allows flexibility with horizontal and stacked logo lockups and provides refreshed color palettes. Showcasing the breadth of the updated brand, we designed a donor brochure for The Authors Guild Foundation, the supporting and educational arm of The Authors Guild, with images of prominent authors/members.
