50 years after the first historical win in 1966, during the 2016 competition,
we tweeted live from the past, for the entire duration of Le Mans,
telling the most gripping moments of the 1966 race,
right in sync with the 2016's.

for 24 hours, posting, commenting and feeding the conversation for
the entire race until the last lap.
SOLUTION
We retrieved the original footage and recreated on Twitter the chronicle of 1966 race,
minute by minute, day and night, through its most gripping moments,
right in synch with the 2016 race. For 24 hours we tweeted live creating two contemporary windows
into the soul of speed. On one side, history becomes news, on the other news makes history.
Both ending with the same tweet: “Ford wins the 24 Hours of Le Mans”.
Two victories, 50 years apart.
