CONCRETE MONUMENTS

The buildings of this Norwegian dam project on the edge of a glacier lake, standing out against an almost monochrome wall of clouds and fog, is reminiscent of a backdrop in a dark science fiction movie. The fast-changing weather will gradually expose the view onto other buildings. In those few moments, it was hard to distinguish between aesthetic and functional elements, which enhanced the already surreal quality of this place.
