Hi-Fi Sci-Fi E01: All Access

On March the 5th, Hi-Fi Sci-Fi ran Episode 1 "All Access" using the narrative medium of speculative fiction. "All Access" was presented as a company launching the 'ultimate interface' - a music service with intimate knowledge of the next song which should be played. The company would then use this knowledge to exploit its listeners emotions, by recommending questionable brand interactions.

The story is a critique of listeners who depend heavily on music recommendation services, and companies that may exploit these attitudes in the future, given the profound influence music has on the brain. It encourages musicians to use their medium to express their distaste with any forces that may negatively impact the future of music, and take an interest in music futurism.
