La Minervetta Maison
La Minervetta Maison is a 4 star hotel that was totally renovated in 2006. This hotel is unique: it clings to the cliffs of Sorrento on the Amalfi coast with spectacular views of the Bay of Naples. All rooms are sea-facing with floor-to-ceiling windows to let in that swoon-inducing ocean panorama.
I stayed at La Minervetta for one weekend one years ago and I fell in love with this hotel. For this reason I've decided to create a new identity based on the architecture and the style of this amazing hotel.
I've focused my efforts on designing a minimal typographical logo with a small circular emblem inspired by the unbelievable floor-to-ceiling windows which, in my opinion, are the key strenght of La Minervetta. The brand identity system was inspired by the nautical colors and by the international maritime signal flags.
This is a personal project.
