Actor
Dario Mestre
Vlad Mihalache

The Film was shot in black & white for Vlad Mihalache and color for Dario Mestre, but on the grading, we connect both of them by turned them with sort of bronze Sephia looks.

The idea is to apply low-key and soft lighting followed with the intimate shot on the Interior Church scene to maintain the drama.
And for the interior house scene, we decided to apply the same low-key lighting but enhance it with hard lighting instead of soft lighting because we decided to shoot the specific scene on black & white. The benefits of black & white is the appearance of texture, and the hard lighting helps us to gain this.
The hard-key lighting also helps us to express the fact that this character has taken another person life. We use the hard shadows to bring out the darkness within the character.
