Berjo was asked to design a promotional poster for a digital agency called X Production, which also runs an independent music label X Production Music. This resulted in a poster entitled Tesla. Showcasing key objects identifying all areas in which X Production operates. I was given a set of words to create a visually appealing illustration featuring some facts about the company (headphones and cassette tapes - the independent music label, light bulbs - ideas, iPhone - app development, cameras - photography, tennis balls - the founder of the company adores tennis).

This poster was also used for a limited edition calendar showcasing artists X Production work with.

Exploring ideas and initial sketches

The second sketch was the favourite, but the client asked to change the main portrait with a drawing of Nikola Tesla. The final illustration was originally made in black and white. We felt that it was missing something.

So we decided to add some colour, shading and highlights to make it pop!
