The Demmys is an evening of entertainment and an award show for the stars of the Democrat Party. These New Yorkers, whose work on important causes have benefitted New York and the nation, are recognized and awarded the much converted Demmy Award Trophy.
We developed all the visual identity, using the self-deprecating Demmy Trophy as the centerpiece. After creating a 3D model, we could rotate, animate, and a batch out numerous iterations to be used as artwork throughout the event. The celebration was hosted at the beautiful Apollo Theatre in Harlem, had a sold out audience, and the second most famous Barack Obama impersonator on this side of New Jersey.
