As an illustrator it's often expected of you to develop a signature style that people recognise as your own. Something that signs off your artwork with your name without having to add that recognition anywhere on the
actual artwork. Though I highly endorse the idea of a signature style
(a lot of my work in my portfolio is done in a coherent look) I often
work on projects that call for versatility and adaptation.
 
I started the Lost & Found project series in my portfolio as a way to give some projects a chance to see the light, even if they aren't big enough to have a project of their own. Some of the work in here is made up of artwork rejected by clients, some are smaller projects, and some are just fun pieces created during work-breaks and downtime as practice and style exploration.
