Steam Magazine
Objective
To create a hypothetical magazine and direct a visual concept based on the specific subject. Show the ability to create a cohesive layout which can flexibly fit with various contents. Execute the concept of visualization. The goal is to have complete elements for the magazine which include at least five different articles, table of contents, chapter openers, and a fully designed cover.
Approach
Steam Magazine has three different sections. “The Preparation” guides the audience to learn practical skills in cooking. “The Main Dish” illustrates stories and information about food ingredients. “The Last Order” shows the transformation from food to literature which allows experiencing a spiritual feast through words and sentences.
