Concept:
Fabbrica (Factory) - Visual container
The term "factory" launches an immediate cultural reference to Olivetti philosophy: the business culture started by Camillo Olivetti and developed by Adriano Olivetti. The key of Olivetti’s style is the amount of complex relations, the relations between the people, work, factory and society.
Sharing, diversity, exchange, mutual enrichment are the values that must be lead to the visual identity of architectural factory. The result is a lettering that is able to create a more articulated visual system made of cultural quotes referring to the graphic project. The letters become the media of communication’s extreme elaboration. Functional, monochromacity, essentiality, considered as a reduction of quantity of signs to quality of signs.
The Essential of the alphabetical element of writing in all the material of visual identity is to be able to give to elements, apparently simple, the capacity to define spaces and universal messages that goes beyond the linguistic content.
