Whole and Redeemed Branding
Branding, Design for a Cause, COLLATERAL, Web Design
Whole and Redeemed is a non-profit Christian organization whose vision is "bridging the gap between the Church and survivors of sexual assault in order to bring healing to survivors today and an end to sexual violence tomorrow."
W&R approached me to create their branding as they prepared to lauch their website and blog. They love the beauty of kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with metallic lacquer. Kintsugi embodies the concept of beauty in brokenness and we decided to use kintsugi as the main concept for the logo.
The project outcome was a logo and brand identity that strikes the balance between gentleness and power, like the #survivors they serve.
