Memory handbook is a second part of my Inner States series. It focuses on the topic of perceiving and interpretation of mental phenomena – thinking and memory. The publication contains scientific descriptions of the way that brain functions, however there are also included pieces of literature, that describe the same issue, but from another point of view. Information proven by research intertwine with subjective feelings on the content of mind – the border between the real and imaginary story gets blurred. Illustrations are playing an important role here – modified old photographs and some abstract forms that are supposed to present how objects that do not physically exist – thoughts and memories – look like.
