Tata Communications is an Indian telecommunications company leading a global conversation around artificial intelligence in the workplace.
The Brief:
Tata was exploring the role of artificial intelligence in the future of the work and was looking for insights.
The Solution:
Gershoni worked with UC Berkeley robotics professor Ken Goldberg to gather perspectives, look past the prevailing narratives and identify new concepts. We surveyed more than 1,000 executives, interviewed more than a dozen thought-leaders around the world, including former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair, and facilitated a bicoastal salon series with leaders of industry, policy and academia. Their insights formed the basis of a study and interactive platform that kicked off a year of headlines and experiences, positioning Tata at the vanguard of a movement around the benefit of human-machine collaboration.
