As WorkSource Georgia gained more traction on social media, namely Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, we began creating accompanying fun, brand-compliant, animated GIFs to interactively engage with our younger audience like never before.
Adapting to new social media trends is how many brands remain relevant and we recognize that at WorkSource Georgia. Creating GIFs that can be used anywhere online, but especially in Instagram stories, where our younger audience is located, is one of the trends we have adopted.
To date, we have created and uploaded

188.5K Animated GIF Views.
Searchable on Giphy via Facebook and Instagram through our keyword “worksource”, we are vastly increasing our brand awareness.
The GIFs not only benefit our customers through use on public social media channels, but also assist our internal staff in each Georgia region who are looking to incorporate brand-compliant elements, flourishes, and images into their PowerPoint presentations. Through the reoccurring use of our Chevron, logo, colors and wording, both public and private organizations, partners and businesses are becoming more familiar with our brand. Consistency is key!
Prior to our first GIF upload to our Giphy Channel in July 2019, we had no animations associated with our brand. As of June 2020, we have a total of 188.5k Gif views. To view our entire library of animated gifs, visit our Giphy page.
Andrea Young (Digital Content Specialist) and Tyler Johnson (Branding and Graphic Design Specialist) have team-worked this project using Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Animate to create both the animation elements as well as the actual animations.
