Political communication project for a left wing party during the Italian local elections in May 2019 with two main design steps:

Step 1. Communication strategy
In february 2019, at the beginning of the campaign, we led three co-design workshops with the goal to setup a communication strategy that change habits with previous strategies but firstly to have same feelings and goals among the campaign team members.
Workshop 1: Define the campaign guidelines
Workshop 2: Explore risks and opportunities about our party, our competitors and about citizens
Workshop 3: Find ideas and actions to design the brand identity and to plan the following four months of campaign
