in the historical part of SAMARA

An apartment building is located in the historical part of the city of Samara. The surrounding buildings are represented by pre-revolutionary houses, including cultural heritage sites, buildings in the Stalinist Empire style, and post-Soviet residential complexes.
The aim of the project is to find a harmonious form of the building in the historical environment.
The choice was made in favor of a corner four-story building, placed along red lines with a regular composite lattice.
The building integrates into the existing context of the historic quarter, while asserting its own identity.
Underground parking is provided within the territory of the site. The ground floor houses a coffee shop and a boutique. The next three floors are apartments. Living rooms overlook a quiet green courtyard. This makes it possible for the residents of the house to have a space closed from strangers.
