DjMe: The Webapp to Get the Virtual Party Started

DjMe: The Webapp to Get the Virtual Party Started
DjMe is a free-to-use webapp to sync music using Spotify when having online parties with friends.

Problem: When hosting virtual parties, there is always someone who is in charge of the music. The other people in the conference call get to listen to playback music transmitted through the videoconference app. So, (1) it may get distorted, and (2) the other people have no way to manage the volume of the music separately.

Proposal: This is only a conceptual project. I used Adobe XD to create wireframes, user flows, and a high-fidelity prototype of the app. Feedback will be appreciated!

Home: The homepage is very straightforward. It prompts the user to log in (using a Spotify account) to start using the service.
Log in page: The text guides the user to log in using a Spotify account.
Confirmation page: Once logged in, the user can "start a party" and access the account profile.
Profile page: The profile page is super simple. It displays how many parties have been hosted and when was the last virtual party hosted. Then, the user can "start a party" and obtain the unique code.
Start page: When the user chooses the "start a party" option, a unique link is provided. The user can then copy the link and send it to his or her friends.
Party page: This is the webpage that friends can access to play, pause, and view Spotify options. Once in this page, the music will be successfully synched.
Takeaways: I still have to figure out technical concepts. Also, I became aware that headphones might be needed to avoid background or competing noise. I will work on this to include this suggestion in the copywriting.
