Hindustan Unilever Limited Mumbai HQ wanted to celebrate International Women's Day with a new theme: Unstereotype.

The brief
was to come up with an employee engagement campaign that could break the stereotypical mindset associated with men & women and can get people to look beyond what meets the eye and start looking at people, before perception.

Built on the pillar of "Change starts with U", It solved the purpose of breaking the stereotypical mindset of people within the organisation.
