Mermaids! is a project to practice with the creation of fantastic characters and the use of different textures.
I have used a colorful style and, as usual in my illustrations, using pastel color palettes. I wanted to make each mermaid different, to practice coloring various skin and hair tones, as well as different body types. For the scales, I have created my own brush to make them perfect. And finally, with the floats, I have created a shiny plastic texture.

¡Sirenas! es un proyecto para practicar con la creación de personajes fantásticos y el uso de distintas texturas.
He empleado un estilo colorido y, como suele ser habitual en mis ilustraciones, he utilizado paletas en tonos pasteles. He querido hacer cada sirena distinta y así poner en practica el coloreado de varios tonos de piel y cabello, así como diferentes tipos de cuerpo.He creado un pincel propio para las escamas para poder darles un acabado perfecto. Y por último he plasmado una textura de plástico brillante en los flotadores.
