6 collages I did for Vogue Turkey 2020 Summer Issue. The theme is “Time is Now”; and in this feature we see six professionals who manage to stay in the moment and shape the “now" despite the current challenges our whole world faces. There is a performance artist, an improviser renowned jazz musician, a photographer, a chef, a podcaster/meditation & yoga teacher, and a theatre actress.

Özlem Öçalmaz is a young, up and coming theater actress. She receives huge praise with her performance in “Amadeus”, a play about Mozart’s life.

Ece Targıt is an influencer about mindfulness, health and lifestyle, and the founder of “Flov”, a yoga and meditation studio in Istanbul. Besides these, she hosts a podcast about mindfulness.

Ali Bilge Akkaya is an Istanbul based photography artist. In his works, everyday life portraits suddenly appearing amidst perfectly proportioned geometric structures simultaneously accommodate the artist’s accidental attitude towards capturing the magic in the moment.

Korhan Futacı is a renowned improvising jazz musician, saxophone player, producer and composer who performs both in national and international stages.

Gülhatun Yıldırım is a performance artist focuses on the insatiable desire of human nature. In her works, she focuses on the tension between the pain of existence and the fear of annihilation. She is represented by Performistanbul, International Performance Art Platform.

Müge Ergül is an ambitious chef who loves to travel and explore new cultures. She’s the main chef and partner of Sanayi313, an industrial modern concept store that combines food, art and design.
