The general mood of the apartment is functionalism and simplicity, naturalness. The client is a person with an active lifestyle. But the apartment should have as much as possible to have a rest and a quiet pastime.
The apartment has a kitchen-studio, bedroom, office (which is transformed into a guest room if necessary), two bathrooms. For the convenience the apartment provides central channel air conditioning. The interior is restrained, calm. A large number of wood, natural textures. Minimum decor and maximum functionality; the apartment has a lot of storage space, everything is hidden in closed cabinets. White, gray colors work as a background, emphasizing the beauty of elements made of wood. Marble textures balance these elements. Hidden doors emphasize the laconic design. The bedroom is the warmest space in the mood. Here we used brass in combination with wood. A solid ash bed with a brass tube headboard, Grok brass lamps and real hemp instead of curbstones - for a connoisseur of minimalism. Since the interior is very simple, a minimum of objects, no complex shapes, we used interesting textures. For example, in a small bathroom, simple geometry is balanced by the intricate texture of the tiles. The main bathroom has a bathtub, a spacious shower and a wide countertop with a sink. The second bathroom has a deep cupboard, in which a boiler and household storage (detergents, etc.) are hidden. So that the washing and drying machines do not occupy a place in the bathroom and do not make it too overloaded - they are carried out in a large spacious cupboard in the hallway; An ironing board is also stored there.
In the kitchen, the accent element is the lightweight paper lamp of the Danish brand & Tradition, designed by Jaime Aion.
The wall above the countertop in the kitchen is in large format tiles from the Fondovalle factory. Tile in the bathrooms - Fondovalle, Atlas Concorde, 41 zero 42.
The owner of the apartment has pets (cats), the space should have been friendly for pets :)
