PENCIL SKETCHES
The tool I use most frequently is the pencil (although the iPad comes a close second). I like a black Prismacolor on smooth Bristol board. Almost every one of these sketches has been done from life - I much prefer this to working from photos. Hot rods and vintage machines feature a lot - they are such fun to draw as each one is unique and full of character.
