The Printed Deck ~ Solutions Awards People's Choice Winner
Created for the Brief Cases initiative, The Printed Deck is designed to bring together the past and future of print technologies. The concept was to create a pack of playing cards that could be coloured in, and then scanned in to an app where it would become animated, mainting the colours of the physical card.
Each numbered card is based on a different historical playing card deck and the face cards show famous figures connected with the history of playing cards; the app would reveal more information about how the cards were made and who the people are.
