The basic objective of the project is to exhibit that even grown ups having wrinkles and weak bones, THE OLD……..still have desires to think young, it’s just their body which is limiting them.
that I wanted to give a combination of bright colors with a grey scale image. Wanted to give my illustration an overall trendy look that exudes the emotions; thus being abstractive adding a realistic touch to it.
The story of the illustration is portraying the basic three aspects, or I should say three old characters that is strong and young, caring and emotional and a romantic persona. From these aspects of life comes out the characters of the illustration which are old with their wishes to be young again.
The characters describes the “life of an OLD” where their desires are still living inside but their body is limiting them.
The geometrical shapes are sharp, bright and curvy that reflects the colorful dreams , their feelings that wants to come out of the box plus i wanted to give an abstract-ism to my illustration so I have composed the desires of the characters in the form of shapes which are bright in color and thus representing their youth inside them.
