Quite an old project - bookbinding. Reddish one was threadless binding, greener one thread-stitching.
Outside colour was done the old fashioned way, too, by seeping colour onto water and then putting the paper on top of it. I never rounded the back of the red or green one, just because I thought I liked it that way.
