This piece of art work was made using mixed media. The two types of media use were water colours and digital art (specifically Adobe Photoshop). The idea for the mixed media was to design a book cover with the title Manifest. The theme explained through manifest was the Fibonacci sequence also known as natures code. The wave water colour drawing was based off Katsushika Hokusai which influenced the Japanese Arts. The Fibonacci sequence reflects patterns of growth which are founded in nature; it has been featured in many areas of life; human body, art, architecture. The overall art work was a big risk taken as this design topic is talked about a lot throughout design.
