Découvrir les paysages qui se cachent à l'extrême opposé d'ou l'on vient, c'est comme visiter une autre planète. Il n'y a pas le même ciel, les mêmes étoiles, les mêmes montagnes ni même les mêmes animaux. Cette illustration représente un endroit à l'autre bout du monde où je me suis arrêtée pour regarder les étoiles d'un ciel étranger et familier en même temps. Le décor était lunaire et ce cabanon au milieu de nul part semblait en harmonie dans ce que l'homme peut construire en laissant de la place à une nature plus grande que lui.
Discovering the landscapes that are hidden at the extreme opposite of where you come from is like visiting another planet. There is not the same sky, the same stars, the same mountains or even the same animals. This illustration represents a place on the other side of the world where I stopped to look at the stars of a strange and familiar sky at the same time. The setting was lunar and this shed in the middle of nowhere seemed to be in harmony with what man can build by making room for a nature larger than himself.
Tout d'abord, j'ai réalisé une série de crayonnés de cet endroit.

Puis j'ai dessiné (malheureusement sans tablette graphique) le personnage ainsi que le décors.
Je me suis inspirée des photographies que j'avais prise et de mes crayonnés. J'ai dissocié chaque éléments pour l'animation future.
Then I drew (unfortunately without a graphic tablet) the character and the scenery.

Ensuite j'ai animé les cheveux du personnage sur Animate, puis j'ai ajouté les détails ainsi que la couleur sur Photoshop grace au plug in Anime Dessin.
Then I animated the hair of the character on Animate, then I added the details and the color on Photoshop thanks to the plug in Anime Dessin.
J'ai réalisé plusieurs animations image par image sur Photoshop telles que la fumée de la maisonette ou l'étoile filante. Enfin, sur After Effects, j'ai terminé l'animation d'autres éléments et j'ai mis en boucle l'animation.
I made several frame by frame animations on Photoshop such as the smoke from the house or the shooting star. Finally, on After Effects, I finished the animation of other elements and I looped the animation.
