This is one of my biggest and longest work-in-progress personal project.
UNIKONIE is a brandname that I created. In the backstory of the brand, UNIKONIE is also the name for a universal and researching project of an observatory where all of these characters are all working together to discover about Earth, and its own universe.
Each of them will represent for one or multiple fields of study, such as biology and zoology, physics and astronomy, etc. Their design are all based on things that related (or closely related) to their fields of study.
Although this is still an on-going project, I hope you would love the progress I was going on.
1. A rough sketch on GoodNote5 just to brainstorm if any idea is gonna work.
2. Then refining the sketch with a light blue brush to visualize briefly how they could all look.
3. After that, inking to put a more polished-looking on them.
4. By now, the characters are quite different from the sketch at first. I think there are still more to develop. Stay tuned!
So far, I am developing the stories and researches for the whole team. I hope you enjoyed my work. :D
