Play Pact | Brand Identity + Campaign


Play Pact's mission is to inspire, and advocate for, play. It's a coalition between multiple non-profit partners such as Childline Gauteng, A Chance To Play SA, and Play Africa. 

We were briefed to create Play Pact from scratch, including naming, slogan and creating a CI. After that, we created an online and print campaign to help crowdfund the capital needed to build an inclusive playground for children with disabilities. The challenge was to crowdfund within poor communities so that they were invested in the space.

Our solutions included games that could be played on our Facebook and Instagram (posts and stories) as well as more low-tech photocopiable executions. You could make exquisite corpses, colour-in or spot the difference. These simple ideas were translated into print so folks could pass out pamphlets, doubled as games, in their local communities. 

All proceeds went to building an accessible playground for the youth of Diepkloof.
