A transition generally implies change, the passage through intermediate states before reaching a state of relative equilibrium. The transition can lead to something we really want or it can lead to something completely unknown. It is an uncertain period, we do not known how long it will last, nor what we will find at the other end. It is a state of constant search for balance.
