Yasmin I Lup Chew is a book about Yasmin Ahmad, a legendary Malaysian creative director, filmmaker and writer. She is highly revered and loved by all Malaysians due to her larger-than-life spirit and wholesomeness which transcend race, religion and gender. This second book about her comes in a special limited box set edition comprising of various bits and bobs including her handwritten poems, scripts and scribblings of Malaysia life from the 1980s/90s with each item being faithfully replicated in its original form. By doing so, this sheds an intimate light on her life, memories and ideas.

The brief was to create a special format publication which reminds Malaysians of her creative spirit despite having passed on for almost a decade. She had many inspiring personal philosophies, whether it was in her creative or spiritual inclinations and her steadfast belief in the humanity of us all. The Yasmin Ahmad Society wanted these insights be shared by all, but not without showcasing her fervour for life and her trademark ridiculous antics.
