The Height of Student Living
UniHeights is a student accommodation project offering modern comfort and an unrivalled lifestyle to students. Still in development and construction stage, I was tasked with displaying this excellent opportunity to investors. They are able to purchase a ‘key’, which buys 1 of the 179 bedrooms at the facility.
A unique key icon was developed from the letters U & H. A playful use of pattern block is used in the collateral. Combined with a modern yet distinct typeface and bright colour palette, a distinctive and friendly identity was formed.
