Samsung Photo Gallery
A refreshing concept for browsing through pictures on the Galaxy S6
Samsung photo galleries were traditionally cluttered with overwhelming options, redundant buttons and modes. For three months I was part of a team with a mission: simplify to add value and align the quality of Samsung's experience with the competition. An extensive research went on regarding shooting, managing, reliving and editing pictures. Several UX explorations were prototyped. Our final approach relied on a one button signature navigation, smart geo-referenced albums and a big focus on privacy.
