Heimat
I'm so glad to have been part of the exhibition "Heimat" which opened in May 2019 in Bogotá-Colombia and in October 2019 in Hamburg-Germany at “Fabrik Der Künste” .
50 German and 50 Colombian illustrators were involved. There is not really a Spanish translation for the word "Heimat", no word that contains all the meaning that for the Germans have. The translation found in the dictionaries is "Native land" or "Home".
My contribution shows the house of my grandparents where I grew up until my 12th birthday. Each floor shows the room I liked the most.
