Smart Remote Prototype

Breaking into product design by brainstorming my ideas for the first time. I combined a couple of innovations to find a better designed Smart TV remote.

Despite the advent of modern smart TVs, the TV's have lacked a polished controlling medium. with these designs,I aimed to solve a lot of core usability issues that are faced by a user while interacting with a Smart TV.

these designs offer:
1. a better navigation experience.
2. familiarity to control sound like a smartphone.
3. better typing experience, as opposed to a generic single button press screen, displayed keyboard.
4.quick access to popular streaming apps.
