This portrait looks like a pencil drawing you would see in an art gallery, but it is in fact it created using an apple iPad using an intense app called Autodesk sketchbook. The technique for digital drawing is pretty similar to the method I use to create my hand-drawn portraits , the differences being that I use a Apple pencil (digital pen) and an iPad pro instead of acrylic paint pens or pencils and paper and I mix my colors on screen (I also have the luxury of the undo button if I make a stroke I am not happy with!).
