PODular EarPods service system with charging carry case @circulardesignchallenge • The EarPods are rented as part of a scheme. If something breaks or the customer wants to upgrade to a newer version, the pods can be sent back in this carry case and modularly replaced, or the new parts can be sent out for the customer to insert themselves. This is an example of a Product Service System, and is a great way to design to reduce resource waste and make products more circular. 

Designed with a long ‘pop’ on earbud sleeve that acts as an easy to remove casing which allows for easy disassembly to allow for upgrades and repairs.
