This poster is for a modern adaption of the Shakespearean play, Much Ado About Nothing.
I firstly made the mask from wire and paper maché. The typeface was drawn with marker and reshaped slightly using Illustrator.
The eyeless mask represents the characters' blindness to see what is straight in front of them
and the long nosed mask represents their intruding, deceitful behaviour.
