Cisco asked us to introduce the ASR 1000 -- a network router that lets enterprise businesses process uber amounts of data. So we created the "Uber Users" and built a campaign around them – with a microsite, banners, spotlights and emails. It was one of the biggest product introduction in Cisco’s history. It sold a ton of ASR routers and has since been used as a case study in how to introduce new products online.

The videos appeared all over: they were emailed to customers, appeared in video and flash banners, were picked up by the online press, and wound up on Youtube. We even created our own microsite.
