OpenEat / 2015
This project explores inclusive dynamics for a prosperous Scotland, using the universality of food sharing to
highlight the values that underpin social and cultural integration. The event organised with the Glasgow School of Art, Maryhill Integration Network and support from the Government of Scotland is a replicable model that uses cooking and meals to build bridges between locals and recent immigrants while sharing culinary skills and create new connections.
