Las mil y una noches — Arabian Nights

During the popular festivals in a spanish region of the east coast, citizen create wooden and cardboard monuments that they burn in the streets. Though these monuments, the participants of the party, critics, denounce and tell stories of the most diverse topics. The groups that participate in the party, publish llibrets (beautiful books in the local language) that speak of the concept and process of creation their monument. 
The Sant Valeria group takes the medieval tales of Arabian Nights as the central axis of their monument, wich serve to publisha graphic language close to the graphic motifs of the Arab world. The covers are printed with a luminiscent ink that glow in the dark, as a common thread of the night theme. On the cover, Rosita Amores and on the back cover Rafael Conde El Titi, both referents of the local night parties. 
To introduce the articles, the tabs have been marked with graphic frames and black and white ilustrations that update the theme of the texts.
Of the monuments created for the party, some of them are aimed at children, so their book is also published to tell the theme of the monument. To ilustrate this, characters from animation series from past decades have been used, set in the little of the glich.
