The typeface entitled Connections was a reflection of a brief that outlined aboriginal             characteristics and culture as the primary influence. The typeface and the           accompanying poster were to be showcased at a Brisbane Exhibition - Spoken:            Celebrating Queensland Languages, thus had to resonate with indigenous heritage.
