ATCs and ACEO Designs
Angry sheep is angry. Inspired by the first Spyro the Dragon video game. I wondered how the sheep felt after being constantly harassed by the little purple dragon.

While I was sketching this out, my kids came down to ask if they could play some video games. Once I started to pick colors for this piece, the soundtrack to Spyro came on. This is not intentionally fan art, the dragon only has some minor resemblance to Spyro, but the color pallete was subconsciously inspired.

This selection of pieces were inspired from Ellen Million's Sketch Fest events and my geeky inner nerd for certain works of fiction I enjoyed. From left to right:
- Feline Wyvern- ink and watercolor experimental piece showing a wyvern like creature with a cat's head crouch on the ground with one wing extended as if to ward off trouble.
- Natural Umbrellas- ink, watercolor, and colored pencil experimental piece showing a wyvern using it's wings, and a tiny mouse character using a flower bloom to protect themselves from the rain.
- Dragon Goddess Figurine- ink, watercolor and colored pencil. Inspired by the Clan of the Cave Bear series, as well as the documentaries about goddess figurine sculptures. A female dragon stylized in a goddess figurine-like shape.
- Marriage Under Glass- ink, watercolor and colored pencil illustration. At least two works of fiction, and the theme of long term commitment are the primary subjects here. Can you translate the Elvish?

I'm a fan of Koi. They are beautiful creatures. I started an experimental series of koi-color patterns in ink, colored pencil, and watercolor, but only this one came out with any level of skill. I still plan on making another attempt when my water color skills are a bit more refined. The patterns on koi are amazing!

Raven Series of ATCs, inspired by different prompts or bits of humor. From left top to right bottom:
- It gives you wings- A cartoon raven giving a peace sign with its wing feathers while holding a can of some kind of unknown energy drink can in it's other wing feathers (hand-like), with a second set of detached cartoony wing over it's back.
- Raven Mage- A raven anthro, with it's back turned and wings partly spread, tries to cast a fire spell.
- Raven Tea Party- A cartoon raven with a pebble held in his beak and a top hat on his head, looks like he is about to drop it into a tea cup of steaming hot tea.
- CAW!!- A happy, cartoon raven with beak open wide, caws out it's joy!
- Raven Knotwork Design- A commission done in watercolor, colored pencils, ink on watercolor paper of two Celtic-knot-work-inspired ravens surrounded by intertwining knot-work stylized vines.
- Nevermore!- Poe-inspired pencil sketch ATC of a Raven hunched over a bust.
- iRaven- A silhouette in the style of the old iPhone/I(insert thing here) commercial/memes, of a raven in flight with headphone buds in and holding an iPod in one claw.

Two geeky images of a single fandom. One ATC is a watercolor pencil experiment of the statue of Liberty as a Weeping Angel (created months prior to the episode where **SPOILERS**). The Second is an ink drawing of a raven as a biological Dalek ( also part if the above raven series).
