This is a series of postcards for ceramic workshop “Oblepiha ceramics” i made in november 2019. The illustrations was made like a fairy tale portraits of a real products, portraits of different characters and different stories.
“Oblepiha ceramics” is a community of people making handmade ceramics inspired of nature and fantasies. This theme is very close to me too and i had a great time working on this project.

Started from pencil sketches, as usual. I made a series of sketches of different styles from which we choose three leaders. Then i made some searchings in color.
The final illustrations i made with black and coloured ink, then scanned them and made a layout for printing. Postcards have an illustration on one side and information about workshop on another.
