Last April 21, a policeman shot Winston Ragos in broad daylight near a quarantine checkpoint in Quezon City. Ragos was a veteran, his last assignment was in Marawi. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The killing of former soldier Winston Ragos just shows that this government have no consideration to the poor, and to the people with mental illness. Let this be a strong and painful reminder to the people above that the enemy is the virus, not the people. Never the people.
