Post-natal depression in males is very common but no one talk about it like it’s not important, I have experienced it with my father when my sister was born. This is a subject that needs to be spoken about more as many people don’t know how this happens.

The idea behind the design is that the booklet takes the men on a journey to show a tough start but help at the end. The images used throughout the booklet is the DNA that affects post-natal depression and the DNA that brings this on fades away as you help yourself.
