I created Delphi Chocolates for a packaging project at University. I drew on my Greek Heritage to help me create a series of playful chocolate packages that boasted personality and created an experience between the consumer and illustrations on the front of the package.  

Each chocolate bars flavor and illustrations have been designed around the Famous Greek Gods, Aphrodite, Zeus and Poseidon. Drawing on their powers each package has a clever description of the flavor whilst simultaneously establishes a connection between the God and the consumer as they are invited to ‘Taste the ocean with Poseidon’ or ‘Feel the love with Aphrodite’. This combined with the vibrant and playful illustrations gives each chocolate bar a personality. The use of foiling has helped bring personality and life to the design as it is used to emphasize the patterns on the chocolate package that are symbolic of the Greek God.

Furthering this concept the design of the logo itself has been customized so that the e in the word Delphi has been altered to reflect a symbolic Greek e.  This helps tie the theme of the series together nicely as it draws on aspects of Greek culture to create a design.
