“Drowning in the Rain” is a transitional display serif designed in early 2019 by Eran Waldeck. It was motivated and influenced by the great work of Matthew Carter, and John Baskerville. It has some characteristics from neoclassical type but falls well under the transitional type category with a vertical stress, bracketed and quite sharp serifs, angled head-serifs, and a more-pronounced stroke contrast than in Old-Style type but not quite enough for Neoclassical or Didone.
thank you :)
